Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • All tags, accessories, and manuals must be intact and included.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used or damaged products.

  • Items not in their original packaging.

  • Items with missing parts or accessories.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Wait for approval and return instructions from our team.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all related materials.

  4. Ship the product to the address provided by our support team.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at andrew@loocannon.com.
